The struts and springs are worn out. It needs front struts, rear shocks and springs, with a 4 wheel alignment. Note: The outer tie rod end boots are cracked and leaking grease. There is also, a small amount of inner tie rod end play. Recommending replacement of the tie rod ends (inner & outer).
