Install and circulate cleaning chemistry. Pressure purge all used fluid and contaminants. Install fresh synthetic fluid and conditioners.
The transmission is exhibiting a slight shudder from the torque converter clutch under certain driving conditions. Confirmed this condition by viewing live data for torque converter clutch desired vs. actual slip. Every time the shudder was felt, the actual slip rpm would jump up. These issues are normally resolved with a transmission service, using the proper fluid for the 8 speed transmission. Recommending a transmission service.
