- Diagnose – ABS/Traction Control Light – Intermittently Going On & Off
- Diagnose – Heater – The left side vents will not blow hot. Only the right side is blowing hot. On the way here the vent started to blow warm.
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models. If
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
- Install and circulate cleaning chemistry. Pressure purge all used fluid and contaminants. Install fresh synthetic fluid and conditioners.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and top off as necessary. Check belts, hoses and air up all tires to the correct psi.
