- The clicking sound that the technician is hearing is coming from the vent/fresh air/ re circulation actuator and the driver's side blend door actuator. The passenger side went from hot to cold without clicks and all modes change silently as well. Replace re circulation door and driver's side blend door actuator.
- RADIATOR – Remove & Replace
- The cooling system was over a gallon low. The technician filled it and the heat started working. The radiator tank is cracked and looks to be the source of the leak. Replace radiator and perform a cooling system flush.
- Flush your vehicle's entire cooing system. Restore coolant and necessary additives. Install special conditioners to protect your car's cooling system. Recommended service interval: Every 2 years or 30,000 miles.
- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Air Inlet,Recirculation – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
