    • Michael talked about doing an EPR flush with the customer yesterday.
    • Diagnose – White smoke blows out of tail pipe when customer starts the vehicle. Didn't change the oil for 20k miles. Had an oil change completed 1,000 miles ago. That's when the smoke started. Also intermittently makes a noise when starting.
