- P0456 – Evap Small Leak, P2196 – Bank 1, Sensor 1 Stuck Rich. Smoke test revealed leaking valve. This could explain the oxygen sensor stuck rich. Recommending purge valve tube assembly. ** Could need an oxygen sensor in the future, but the technician believes that replacement of the purge valve tube assembly will take care of the oxygen sensor code as well. **
