- Diagnose – The customer is getting a "TRAC OFF" message every now and then. It is comes and goes randomly.
- Check Brakes – They feel and sound unpleasant. Bumpy when brake going forward and when backing out of the driveway they screech really loud.
- Check Tire Pressures – TPMS message.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. [Includes: Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and top off as necessary. Check belts, hoses and air up all tires to the correct psi.]
- Check damage to the corners of the vehicle. Is this something that needs to be addressed.
